3.9.1 Patch: Smoother Emote UI and Ceiling Cling Fixes

This update cleans up the emote menu, fixing weird selection bugs and adding long-overdue navigation improvements.

UI Flow: You can now cycle through emote pages in reverse order 🟢.
Selection Logic: The game finally stops picking random emotes when your input is empty 🔴.
Clinging Mechanics: Ceiling clipping bugs while using emotes have been patched 🔵.

General stability fixes are also included. A small but welcome cleanup for emote spammers.
