1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Arcade ("the Service"), provided by Unbrn ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Arcade is a web-based service that allows Discord server administrators to configure automated tracking of gaming news, releases, and updates ("Feeds") and receive AI-formatted digests/embeds directly in designated Discord text channels.

3. Registration & Discord Authentication

To use Arcade, you must authenticate using your Discord account. By logging in through Discord OAuth, you represent and warrant that you are the rightful owner or an authorized administrator of the Discord servers you configure within our dashboard.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Arcade offers both free and premium subscription plans:

• Free Tier: Limited number of active feed subscriptions per server.
• Premium Tier: Expanded limits, default channel configurations, role pings, and priority updates. Billing is managed securely via our third-party payment processor, Dodo Payments.

All premium fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. Cancellations apply to the subsequent billing cycle; we do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

5. User Conduct & License

You agree to use Arcade in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You may not:

• Use the Service to transmit spam, unauthorized advertisements, or content that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or damage the Service's infrastructure or scrapers.
• Circumvent subscription limits or bypass paywalls.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Arcade software, logo, visual design, custom branding, and AI formatting configurations are the intellectual property of Unbrn and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Game titles, trademarks, and raw patch note content scraped by our feeds belong to their respective owners and publishers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scrapers will always successfully fetch updates due to external changes in source sites (e.g., Rockstar Support, Hoyoverse, Minecraft, Steam).

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL UNBRN, ITS FOUNDERS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Maharashtra, India.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will post notification of changes on this page or announce them in our official Discord server. Continued use of Arcade after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
