League Patch 26.16: Roaming Support Nerfs & Classic Launch

Major Role & Support Adjustments

This patch hits early support roaming hard by increasing penalties for leaving bot lane and rewarding lane presence instead. ADCs also get a universal Magic Resistance bump to help them survive the current mage-heavy bot lane meta.

• Jungle Diversity: Jungle pets get buffed scaling to boost AP and Tank junglers.
• Classic Launch: League Classic is now live with original mechanics and legacy balance.
• Fighter Rebalance: Sundered Sky gets a necessary nerf while items like Black Cleaver and Sterak's see buffs.

Stat Shifts

• Sundered Sky Healing: 🔴 100% (Melee) / 50% (Ranged) ➔ 90% (Melee) / 45% (Ranged)
• ADC Magic Resistance: 30 + 1.3/lvl ➔ 🟢 33 + 1.1/lvl

Numerous minor bug fixes have also been implemented for items and abilities. These sweeping changes aim to stabilize bot lane and revive the long-neglected tank jungle playstyle.
