Valve is tuning Rush to feel less punishing by doubling the post-elimination countdown, giving teams more breathing room to recover. They've also tightened up pre-round flow by trimming unnecessary wait times across the board.

• Resolution Scaling: Crosshairs now use absolute pixel units that auto-scale across resolutions.
• Customization: New half-outline options and a static square style offer more visual control.
• Dynamic Accuracy: The 64px spread baseline ensures you see true weapon inaccuracy clearly.

Stat Shifts

• End Room Respawn: 7s ➔ 🟢 14s

Minor animation fixes for reloading and added clan tags to death feeds. A solid QoL update that finally makes crosshair settings consistent.
