Anticheat Transparency Report
EA is refining how they calculate the Match Infection Rate (MIR) to stop flagging elite players and vehicle mains as cheaters. This adjustment aims to filter out false reports that previously inflated cheat metrics.
Anti-Cheat Progress
- Metrics Correction: MIR now ignores long-term players who repeatedly pass manual safety reviews.
- Mandatory Security: TPM 2.0 enforcement is now live for all players as of August 31st.
Stat Shifts
- July MIR Start: 4.62% ➔
🔴5.74% (mid-month peak) - July MIR End: 5.74% ➔
🟢4.76% (stabilized)
Over 277k cheating attempts were blocked, and 96% of tracked cheat services are seeing major failures. The new filtering logic finally gives skilled veterans a break from unfair ban investigations.
